Chuck E. Cheese's in Midland,TX is one step closer to serving alcohol at the restaurant.

At the City Council meeting Tuesday morning members approved the request to serve liquor but it has to be approved one more time before it's official.

If approved, come August Chuck E. Cheese's will be serving alcoholic beverages. According to the general manager Christi Owens, "It is a two drink minimum. One ID, one drink, everyone gets carded. You cannot come in and order yourself and someone else a drink. You have to have your ID and they have to have theirs. We track who got it when, who served it,"

The City Council will meet again August 9th to have a second vote.

Ha could you imagine  Chuck E. Cheese packed with hyped up kids and buzzing parents?
