Crews Searching for Man Swept Away by Flood Waters in Gatesville

Rescue workers were searching for a man who was swept away by flood waters in Gatesville Wednesday afternoon.

A witness told KWTX-TV she tried to help the man as he cried out from the water at Fauntleroy Park on the Leon River just off South 7th street in Gatesville.

A drone and a medical helicopter were deployed to assist in the search.
