Did Snoop Dogg betray Tupac before Pac died?

In Snoop's documentary 'Reincarnated' he talks about not being on good terms with Tupac when Pac passed away. I got the chance to speak to Snoop and he elaborated on what led to their falling out.

Very unfortunate that things panned out like that. Who do you think was in the wrong? Snoop for going against his homeboy's stance on Bad Boy or Pac for holding a grudge?
