Emergency Pothole Repair Slows Traffic on I35 South of Troy

UPDATE: The scene was cleared shortly before 10:50 AM and traffic was beginning to move more quickly.

An emergency pothole repair caused traffic along southbound I35 just south of Troy to come to a crawl Monday morning.

TxDOT announced the emergency repair near exit 304 and FM 1237 shortly after 10 AM and predicted that it would take 15-30 minutes to clear. They said a permanent repair would be scheduled for later in the week.
