Grandma the Chihuahua is Our Pet of the Week
Meet Grandma. Yes, her name is Grandma. She is a 7 year old miniature Chihuahua who would love to go home with a human Grandma, no kids are needed.
This hairy Grandma gets along well with people and other dogs too. She's housebroken, leash trained, and spayed. You can adopt Grandma at the Temple Animal Shelter.
If Grandma is not the dog you want, the folks down at the Temple Animal Shelter have lots of pets who are looking for new homes. Stop in at 620 Mama Dog Circle for a visit. The shelter has two play areas, one inside and one out. In fact if you are looking for a companion for a pet you already have, bring it to the shelter to meet your new pet.
For more information, call the shelter 254 298 5732. or check them out at the City of Temple Website.
The Temple Animal Shelter is having a Labor Day special, some select pets can be adopted for only $20. That's a $30 savings! This special will continue through September 2. The shelter will be closed Sunday and Labor Day.
If you are not in Temple, adopt a pet from the shelter in your city.
And don't forget what Bob Barker always said, "Have your pet spayed or neutered".
