Gucci Mane Plans to Release Three Mixtapes on Same Day

Gucci Mane has been one busy rapper. The southern spitter is preparing to drop not one, but three mixtapes on the same day.

XXL reports that Gucci's trio of mixtapes are titled 'World War 3.' Each effort is being produced by a different southern producer and inspired by a different drug. 'Molly' will be produced by Metro Boomin, 'Lean' is being handled by Zaytoven and TM-88 will cover 'Gas.'

The rapper is repeating history. He dropped a trio of tapes in 2009, with the 'Cold War' trilogy.

Later this year, he plans to debut a new LP, 'Mr. GuWop.'

The 'World War 3' tapes are scheduled to arrive Aug. 13.
