If you've been to H-E-B recently you might want to check your fridge.

Some Tyson food products has received a recall and H-E-B is pulling those select products from their freezers. According to KWTX, more than 8 million pounds of chicken products made the list.

Tyson Foods claims that a bacteria named Listeria has been found in some of their chicken products and extremely dangerous for pregnant women.

The recall list includes items like Tyson Fajita Chicken Strips, Tyson Grilled CK Breast and Tyson Grilled and Ready Pulled Chicken. To check out the full list click here.

H-E-B is encouraging those who have purchased select items between 12/26/20 and 4/13/21 not to consume them. They should be thrown away or returned to your nearest H-E-B store.
