Highway 190 Construction Causes More Road Closures in Killeen

Oh, will the Killeen Traffic Nightmare ever end?  Yes, someday I promise, but for now the city has some more closures to tell you about.

According to a City of Killeen Press Release, this is all happening the week of September 29.

The FM 2410 exit from eastbound US 190 will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Eastbound US 190 frontage lanes will be closed intermittently on Wednesday and Thursday.

The city press release says the lane closures are for construction activities related to the Rosewood Drive project.

Motorists should exercise caution and pay close attention to construction signage and workers.

They do ask for your forgiveness,  "The City of Killeen apologizes for any inconvenience caused by these closures and appreciates your cooperation as we improve US 190".
