Texas music festival Outlaws & Legends is back for its 13th year on the Backporch of Texas. If you've ever been to this shindig, you know it's always a good time. But, if you haven't experienced the fest, then take a look at last year's wrap-up video to see what you're missing out on.

If you're not familiar with Outlaws & Legends, it is a huge music festival that features a slew of artists ranging from Texas and Red Dirt music to the legends that paved the way for country music. The best part about the festival is that it benefits the Ben Richey Boys Ranch each year.

This year's lineup includes Mark Powell, Shane Smith & The Saints, Nitty Gritty Dirty Band, and a whole lot more. You can check out the full lineup and even win tickets right here.

Last year was my very first festival to attend and I was blown away with not only the talent level of the performers but the entire vibe of the show. This festival goes beyond just sitting around listening to music for two days. It's like going to a huge family reunion and hanging out with your favorite people while enjoying the finer things in life.

There's plenty of food and cold beverages to keep you going through the day as folks from all over the world camp, tailgate, and play games. Think of it as one of the largest tailgate parties you can imagine.

It also helps to have the biggest stars in country music performing for two straight days while having some fun in the sun.
