When I first saw videos of the facility, I was truly impressed. It didn't look like a traditional food bank at all; it looked more like a grocery store. There were welcoming spaces for families, including areas where children could play and sit comfortably while their parents shopped. Instead of feeling like a warehouse where people simply grab food and leave, the facility was intentionally designed to create a positive and dignified experience.
