I don’t know about you, but trying to talk to me before I’ve had my coffee could be considered a liability. I am not a happy person until I get a couple of cups of Joe, and I like to say I’m a connoisseur of coffee because I enjoy coffee the way some individuals enjoy golf or a nice cigar.

Coffee Scene Shakeup: 7 Brew Expands Its Footprint into Lampasas

I mean, I want to know the history of a coffee bean; that’s how invested I am in it. So, when I say I know good coffee, I truly mean it! There are some really great coffee franchises around Central Texas, but one that is new to me and, according to Coming Soon to Texas, will be making its way to Lampasas is 7 Brew Coffee.

When Is 7 Brew Coming To Town?

7 Brew Coffee is scheduled to begin construction next spring, starting March 22, 2027, with a targeted completion date of July 15, 2027. It will be located at 606 S. Key Ave. in Lampasas, and we’re looking at a 510-square-foot project.

Why Is 7 Brew So Popular?

If you’re not familiar with 7 Brew, it’s a beverage chain that has become increasingly popular lately, especially here in Central Texas. It’s known for allowing customers to customize their drinks however they want. Of course, they have the classic coffees and lattes, cold brews, and breves, but you can also find protein shakes, fruit smoothies, teas, lemonades, and iced and blended drinks. What makes 7 Brew stand out, in my opinion, is that it’s more of a drive-thru experience than a traditional café where you can go inside and sit down. It’s quick and easy: You grab the drink you like, enjoy it, and drive off. Well, don’t just take my word for it, Lampasas. When you get a chance to check it out, let us know what you think!
