Cheheiry Villalobos Santoyo was charged with shoplifting at every girl‘s favorite beauty store Ulta Beauty Supply on January 8. Officers were told to respond to the store located at the 19500 block of North Freeway about a shoplifter who had stolen more than $186 worth of merchandise. Once officers located Cheheiry Villalobos Santoyo, she was detained on theft charges and was immediately transported to the city jail.

That’s right after being caught shoplifting in a moment of desperation, Cheheiry Villalobos Santoyo offered sex to officers.  Cheheiry Villalobos Santoyo was charged with theft and all of the stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to the business, but now she had additional charges of bribery.
