Could This Galveston, Texas Walmart Be The Most Haunted In Nation?
It's always unnerving when you step into a place that is assumed to be haunted in Texas right?
Something always seems off, you feel like you're being watched...the list is pretty much endless. But there are many who love visiting these spooky areas. Potentially those who believe the area isn't as haunted as one may believe.
Texas in no stranger to haunted areas, of course with how much area the state covers. Many however do get passed over due to various factors. But when was the last time you heard of a shopping market that is haunted?
Well if you travel to Galveston, there's a...eerie Walmart you can visit?
Wait, A Spooky Walmart? What?
Well according to Chron, there is indeed a Walmart that is considered otherworldly. However, there's a reason that the market is considered haunted. Chron reveals that before many of us were alive, a building known as St. Mary Orphan Home was built there.
Sadly in 1900 on September 8th, a hurricane destroyed the building and sadly with many casualties. As time passed and the Walmart was built there, strange occurrences began to happen.
Chron reports that workers at the store hearing ghostly children's voices, or electronics in the store freaking out. But the most eerie part of the store according to reports?
