Justin Bieber Got Caught Up With Texas Police Officer

Justin Bieber got caught up with law enforcement AGAIN. This time it's not what you think!

So this weekend was pretty LIT for Bieber. While out shopping before a show in Houston, he surprisingly invited a Houston police officer to join in on a impromptu dance battle.

Bieber and the crew decided to turn a hat store inside of the Galleria Mall into a full fledge dance studio and it just so happen to get caught on camera by someone walking pass.  The Houston officer later posted the video captioning it with "As a HPD officer, you never know who you'll meet"!
