Hey Gang,

Since I don't have kids, "kid" things are above my "Care" grade.  For example, I had no idea that kids are re-recording today top hits.  And that they're being successful at it.  If I did take 3 seconds out of my day to think about it I could see that it is a good idea.  "Pop" music today is a big mixed bag, and most of it would freak me out if I heard my child singing it.  But Kidz Bop takes the hits and makes them kid friendly, if they weren't already.  A perfect example of this is the song "Thrift Shop".  In its original version, there's not enough soap on the planet to clean out your kids mouth if they started singing it, but Kidz Bop flips it clean and still keeps the "crack addicting" chorus.  Check it out for yourself. NSFW tag earned.

See if you can make through the whole song of the original...

Don't get me wrong, they do all the hits, not just the ones that mention R. Kelly's sheets.  It's today's hits done by kids, for kids.  Check out all the info on when the Kidz Bop hits the CTX.
