Killeen Community Center Now Open as a Warming Center until 8am March 5th

Please spread the word to people you may see that will be out in the cold tonight like the homeless.

KWTX-TV reports that temperatures for most of Central Texas will be in the lower 20s overnight.

Because of the extremely cold weather, The city of Killeen is informing its citizens that The Killeen Community Center located 2201 E Veterans Memorial will be open as a Warming Center until tomorrow 8 am March 5th.

In these cold temperatures please be reminded to do the basic things such as keep your water faucets running and keep cabinets open.
