Killeen, Cove, and Harker Heights Holiday Decoration Contests This Week

Killeen, Copperas Cove, and Harker Heights will continue with their city-wide Holiday Decoration Contests this year in hopes to spread cheer and get the community excited for Christmas.

Killeen will hold it's annual "Celebrate Killeen Outdoor Decorating Contest" for residential and commercial properties. The top 3 entries will each receive plaques and gift cards. Today is the last day to enter the Killeen contest via the city's website.

Harker Heights is inviting residents to be a part of the "17th annual Heights Lights on Parade" contest. Voting is open until Wednesday of this week.

In Copperas Cove the "10th annual Holiday Decorating Contest" is accepting nominations until Thursday.
