Killeen Residents Will Need to Call New Number to Pay Bills

Killeen citizens will need to call a new phone number to pay their bills.

The City of Killeen has transitioned to a new phone system in order to lessen wait times and avoid busy signals. If you pay your utility bills by phone, you'll now need to dial 1-855-966-9473. As always, you'll need the utility account number located on your bill and your credit card information.

Utility payments can also be made online at killeentexas.gov/utility collections or in person at the Utility Collections Building, 210 W. Avenue C.
