KISD Is Celebrating Military Children With Purple Up Day

Do you have your purple outfit ready?

An entire purple outfit maybe a bit too much but I'm sure you have a purple shirt somewhere in your closet. Grab anything purple and celebrate with Killeen Independent School District as they honor military connected students.

Purple Up is an annual celebration where the school district pants the city purple for April. April is the month of military children.

With Killeen being the biggest military base in the world it's only right us Texans show out.
