KWTX is reporting that a man has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of an elderly or disabled person.

Tyrin James Brown, 21, of Leander remains in Bell County Jail Tuesday after police say he sexually assaulted an autistic McDonald's employee inside the restaurant's bathroom.

It seems officers responded to the restaurant on October 1st around 7:30 p.m. The victim was able to tell them "that the suspect had sexually assaulted her in the men's room." The suspect was later identified as Tyrin James Brown according to the arrest warrant affidavit released Tuesday.

During an interview with the Children's Advocacy Center, the victim said that Brown stated talking to her in the restaurant and said "nasty things" to her.

Another customer interrupted the encounter and the victim walked off. But, later, was going to clean the men's room. She did it right, by knocking on the door first. There was no response so she went in. Brown then allegedly emerged from a stall, came up behind her, grabbed her, put his hand in her pants and penetrated he digitally, then pulled her into the stall and penetrated her again telling her to "stop resisting, you know you like it", according to the affidavit.

The victim was able to escape when Brown's phone rang. As she was leaving Brown told her "she had better not tell or I will do it again," the affidavit says.

To add to the sickness of the event, Brown later found the victim on Facebook and sent her a "wave" and "a shirtless selfie," again, according to the affidavit.

If you're one of those "Purgers", there's no reason to stick your finger in your mouth to puke, you should just get a copy of this affidavit.
