McGregor’s SpaceX owner wants to colonize Mars

Central Texas based SpaceX owner and billionaire Elon Musk has some big plans for the future of space travel.  What is it?

He wants to colonize Mars with 80,000 people.

Musk, who last made an appearance in June at the SpaceX testing facility in McGregor, when the Dragon capsule completed its first trip to the International Space Station, would start with a group of about 10 people. He eventually would grow the population using SpaceX ferries to bring more people to the Red Planet.
