Miley Cyrus Raps in New Music Video “23” with Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J [Video]

In the latest move of her morality downward spiral that is a music career, Miley Cyrus is rapping in her newest single to hit the public.  The "song" is called "23" and it was leaked yesterday.  In the song, about 76 seconds in, Miley starts her rapping career in a Michael Jordan jersey with the epic phrase that follows:

"I'm in the club high off purp with some shades on
Tatted up, mini skirt with my J's on"

So, now i must ask the question...
