Nelly’s “Hot In Herre” Gets an Acoustic Folk Cover

When you hear Nelly's “Hot in Herre,” polar bears, fuzzy fur hoods, and partying with giant penguins rarely springs to mind.Singer-songwriter Jenny Owen Youngs breaks genre stereotypes with her acoustic cover of Nelly’s 2002 hit.

Youngs, a native of New Jersey has been playing guitar since she was 14 and released her first album Batten the Hatches in 2005. In addition to singing, she also plays bass, flute and tuba. “Hot in Herre” was included on the Take Off All Your Clothes EP in 2007.
