Yes, the thermometer may not be indicating that we are approaching mid October, but the calendar certainly does, and there is no better time to begin a new job than in the highly profitable fourth quarter as retailers everywhere are expecting a massive windfall of sales with the holiday season now upon us.

New Texas Employees Make Almost $20/Hr At These 116 Stores
In the above video you see that Hobby Lobby just raised their starting pay for full-time employees at the beginning of 2022 to $18.50 an hour, but now those same full-time employees have received an increase of $.75 an hour to $19.25 as of the first of October.
There have been some current and former employees that say the steady increase in hourly pay for full-time employees is nice, but that the company does not reward individual employees with raises. They claim you are stuck making the company minimum wage until the company decides to raise that pay, which they appear to do fairly frequently at a pace of about every two years or less.
