According to this KCEN article, they have been tracking the seemingly never ending water crisis since 2016, and are consistently seeing school called off because of a lack of reliable water.

Other essential services are also frequently interrupted, and heaven forbid a natural disaster happens that would cripple the city substantially. A lack of access to clean water can also be a major factor in the spreading of disease.

That has turned into the $10 to $13 million plus dollar question because residents are all wondering where all the money has gone, and why has it taken over five years to fix a problem since that money was granted?
