PARTYNEXTDOOR Addresses Drug Possession Arrest

After reportedly being arrested for drug possession, PARTYNEXTDOOR has addressed the incident via Instagram post--but he didn't offer much in the way of clarity. It was reported yesterday (Oct. 6) that the Canadian star was busted near the border for drugs. But he's now back on the road.

In a since-deleted Instagram post, PARTYNEXTDOOR posted:
"The only chains on these wrists have diamonds on them. Boston was fun tonight, on my way to Philly. #SEVENDAYS out now. #PositivityTourWontStop."

According to their report, New York State Troops in Niagara County stopped PND’s tour bus on Thursday (Oct. 5) for a secondary inspection at the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge into Canada as it was about to enter the United States.

PND, whose real name is Jahron Brathwaite, reportedly had Xanax and Oxycodone in his possession while his friend, Jerome Nevins, had Xanax on him. Both were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
