Man Has Pet Mountain Lion Because, Uh, Why, Exactly?

There are animal lovers and then there's this guy.

Mario Infanti has a pet mountain lion. Dangerous? Yes. Is that stopping him? No.

"She's like my daughter. She's like my 200-pound daughter," the Florida man, 63, says of the unlikely pet, named Sasha. He failed to add the "200-pound daughter who could rip my face off on a whim," although he did say he's pretty sure she wouldn't do that. Well, that's good enough for us.

Mario has had Sasha for 14 years and, perhaps not surprisingly, he and his wife don't have any children. But he's okay with that, noting, "She's the love of my life."
