Police Are Investigating After Two Men Were Shot After Being Released From Bell County Jail

Belton PD has an ongoing investigation in the works after two men who were released from Bell County Jail were shot.

Both Belton Police and DPS Trooper responded to a call around 2:50 p.m. at the Loop 121 intersection. Both victims had non-life threatening injuries.

The shooter fled the scene in a dark-colored car, possibly a Maxima or Nissan.
