Post Malone has been relatively quiet on the musical front in 2019 thus far, but it looks like he’s going to release some musical fireworks this week.

On Monday (July 1), Posty used his Twitter account to announce "Goodbyes," which is a collaboration between himself and Young Thug. "GOODBYES JULY 5 MIDNIGHT EST," Post wrote in a simple announcement.

The new track will drop on Friday. With both of their respective knacks for melody, it should be a banger.

Post has been riding the wave of his latest album Beerbongs & Bentleys, which was inarguably one of the biggest albums of 2018. "Goodbyes" could be the beginning of his attempt to re-establish that momentum.

For his part, Thugger's been on a roll recently. The Atlanta rapper recently teamed up with J. Cole and Travis Scott on the street banger “The London.” Thug can also be heard on Callboy’s latest single, “Chariot” featuring Meek Mill and Lil Durk.
