The Michael Brown shooting in Ferguson, Mo., is still on the mind of Maybach Music Group honcho Rick Ross. On the remix to 'Black & White,' the Miami Bawse recruits fellow MMG artists Stalley and Gunplay, as well as Killer Mike to pay homage to the unarmed teen who was shot and killed by police.

On the song, Rozay makes references to the tear gas that was used on the protesters during a few days of unrest.

"Young n---- black but he sellin' white / Tear gas all through the night / N----s thuggin' out in Ferguson so get it right," Ross sings on the chorus.

Stalley follows with a verse about police brutality and the need to end the violence in the black community.

"Word to Trayvon and Mike Brown / Them pigs will gun you down and call it standin' they ground / The situation wack, we need a moment of silence of violence, I'm only being honest," he spits.

Meanwhile, Killer Mike and Gunplay offer two different stories of survival in the 'hood. For Mike, it was being "a third generation black businessman" packaging product, while Gunplay talks of being a stick-up kid.

Rozay closes out the song remembering Brown, who passed way before his time.

"Wanna gun me to the ground like Michael Brown / Settled in the projects, now you knock it down / Now my n----s wanna ride till we all expired / Smoked a ounce for my dog on the day he died," he raps.
