San Antonio Spurs To Host First-Ever ‘Selena Night’

I love it when two Texas icons join forces.

Last year we saw Dr. Pepper and Whataburger collaborate to create the Dr. Pepper Shake.

Willie Nelson and the king himself, George Strait, finally sang a duet.

Now the San Antonio Spurs will have their first-ever Selena themed basketball game.

KENS5 writes that the Spurs released the news in a press release. The statement said that Selena goes far beyond music. “She continues to inspire generations of fans to celebrate culture and connect with each other – both of which are central pillars of the Spurs experience,".

I haven't even listened to it in a minute, but 'Bidi Bidi Bom Bom' is now stuck in my head.

The game would have already drawn a crowd due to the Silver and Black facing off against the Golden State Warriors.
