Check out the new ink Chris Brown is sporting on the right side of his neck. The new tat is a pic of a woman's face which looks to be beaten and scarred. Some people are saying that it closely resembles the way Rihanna looked after the infamous attack from Chris that left Ri Ri with a black eye, fat lip, and several scrapes and bruises.
