Someone Hit the Welcome to Killeen Sign in Their Car

So this morning I'm scrolling on Facebook, and on my timeline is someone sharing pictures of a car that ran into the iconic "Welcome To Killeen" sign.

So from my assumption....drunk driver?

Maybe the road was slick on I-14 (190) and the car lost control, avoiding a drunk driver?

Or maybe someone just doesn't like Killeen, and to show their true emotions this what they did while drunk?

My assumption is somebody was drunk for $800 Alex. 

I could be wrong though.
