According to theJasmineBrand.com T.I. has filed for divorce on his own terms after Tiny's filing last year in Georgia where she sought primary physical custody and joint legal custody of their three children. However, on July 10, T.I. filed his response to Tiny's divorce.
Tiny said their marriage was irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation. She is asking that T.I. hand over all financial records of their money and investment accounts. The petition points out that they acquired a number of automobiles that she wants to be split between the both of them.
She has asked the judge to determine the amount of child support, visitation, and health insurance, as well as temporary and permanent alimony that T.I will have to pay in accordance with their standard of living. Lastly, Tiny wants T.I to cover their legal expenses due to his earning potential.
The divorce had no movement until April 24, prior to this rumors swirled that the couple would reconcile. Those rumors were put to rest when T.I openly admitted to being served with divorce papers.
