Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas attended the W LOVE Hangover Ball on Nov. 28 -- but her outfit made it seem like she'd had a big evening the night before and was hung over herself when she got dressed.

It's been a while since Fergie had any new material out, and considering she pretty much ruled the charts with her solo debut 'The Dutchess,' it's not surprising that a lot of us are getting a little impatient. No worry -- it's on the way!
