Houston, Texas experienced a brazen armed robbery attempt in the middle of the day as three gunmen ambushed a Brink's Security worker who was attempting to refill a Bank of America ATM in the southeast section of the city.

Security guards in Texas, much like police and other first responders, are taught to keep an awareness of their surroundings and trained to be ready to protect their self at all times. In the video you will see how the guard was ambushed, and managed to fight off three gunmen simultaneously.

Right where the delivery truck is parked in the above photo is where the Brink's truck was when a Brink's employee quickly recognized an immediate threat from three armed assailants.

According to this KHOU article, the Brink's employee was attempting to refill the ATM when three men jumped out and rushed at him while all carrying firearms. The Brink's security agent was able to take shelter, and fight off the would be robbers as they exchanged gunfire.

It is reported that a woman was carjacked by two of the men and they fled north in her vehicle, which is the believed to be the direction the third man took off in with the initial vehicle.
