The United States Senate race is well underway, and Beto O'Rourke, who has operated as U.S. Representative for Texas's 16th congressional district for five years, is vying for the Texas representative slot in an attempt to unseat Ted Cruz. Yesterday (Oct. 28), O'Rourke received a big-time endorsement when Travis Scott popped up next to him at a rally in Houston.

La Flame himself spoke a few words at the rally, as shown in a video supporting the 2018 Democratic candidate. "All the kids, we just need to go out, hit these polls," he shouted to a crowd that presumably included some first-time voters. "We can change the world, man."

Scott documented this experience with an Instagram post. "Starts with the yungins," he captioned the post, which includes an image of the rapper gripping a bullhorn.

For his part, O'Rourke appreciated the support he got from Scott and former Houston Texans running back, Arian Foster, who also showed up to the rally. "Houston's @trvisXX and @ArianFoster! Big thanks to both," O'Rourke tweeted.

While the "Sicko Mode" rapper is heavily endorsing the Texas senatorial candidate, his latest purchase may keep him in another state for the time being. The rapper and his girlfriend, reality star and entrepreneur Kylie Jenner, recently purchased a $13 million home in California's Beverly Hills. The mansion, which spans over 2,300 square feet, will be home to the couple and their newborn daughter, Stormi.
