In a shocking announcement, the University of Mary Hardin Baylor must vacate its wins and records including the team's 2016 championship because of ineligible student-athletes and reportedly because head coach Pete Fredenberg allowed students to use his car.
According to KWTX, The school reported their potential violations to the NCAA’s enforcement office back in April 2018 after they learned they may have violated rules a month earlier.

Because of this, the school was ordered two years probation for the football program and an "enhanced compliance training" coupled with a $2500 fine with head coach Pete Fredenberg being suspended for three months without pay and for the first three games of the start of the 2018 season.

You would imagine that would be enough of a penalty to pay right?

Nope.

UMHB won their first national title back in 2016

They are appealing this decision to the NCAA infraction appeal committee.
