Spooky season is upon us!

Who doesn't love a good hayride or maybe even a haunted trail?

If you're one of those people that gets a thrill from all of the spooky haunted madness that happens in October, you must check out Ware's Wonder Woods this Saturday.

Wares Wonder Woods is hosting a big event that will feature a haunted trail, hayride, pumpkin carving, pumpkin painting, food, Bigfoot, space alien, cemetery,  and train crash!

It's the perfect place to bring the family because it's something for everyone.

The haunted trail event is happening this Saturday from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Wares Wander Woods is located at 911 Gann Branch Rd in Killeen.

If you've never been to Wares Wander Woods, you should definitely check it out. They've got a gorgeous nature trail, and you can get a look at the only gold mine in Bell County while you're there. They've got some crazy artifacts on display that may or may not be of historic significance. It's kind of up to you to decide, and that's just part of the fun.

Check out their website for a preview of some of the weird and cool stuff you can find there, including what looks like a Stonehenge amphitheater.

They also host special events year-round, and you can have your birthday party there, complete with an campfire, hot dogs, s'mores, and toasted marshmallows.
