Weslaco, Texas girls softball team scored 8 straight runs with one outt in the bottom of the 7th inning to win the state title on a walk-off grand slam against Waco Midway. They were numerous times just one pitch away from walking off the field as the runner up, but somehow grinded out their final at bat and brought 9 players to the box before snatching the title away from Waco Midway by the final of 11-9.
