What’s Happening in Temple, Killeen and Belton This Weekend

The weekend is back again and I have some fun stuff for the family to enjoy!

Friday, Saturday and Sunday

This years Central Texas Air Show will host the aircraft of the Texas Flying Legends Museum from Ellington Field in Houston. All of these warbirds have fascinating stories behind them. Listen to win tickets this weekend or purchase online.

Friday and Saturday

Take the kids to the traveling Dinosaur Exhibit! It's the Dinosaur George Museum Exhibit at Central Texas College in Killeen right next to the planetarium. Friday open till 8pm and Saturday 9am to 7 pm!

Yummy Crawfish! Killeen Heights Rotary Club Crawfish Boil & Silent Auction from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM. The Killeen Heights Rotary Club presents the 15th annual Crawfish Boil and Silent Auction Saturday at the Killeen Special Events Center.  Crawfish or Catfish or Chicken will be available with all the trimmings. Proceeds from this event fund the charitable efforts of the Killeen Heights Rotary Club which benefits many local organizations with a focus on children, hunger and literacy.

Cinco de Mayo weekend is here and LULAC is ready to party!

In Temple LULAC is having music, food craft vendors and children's activities! The
Concert will take place In front of City Hall - Central St. and Adams St. in Downtown Temple, TX

In Killeen LULAC is having its all day family festival with 8 hours of entertainment by local and out of town performers, a car show featuring the best trophies in Central Texas, vendors of crafts and foods. There ar no admission charges, although we will accept canned food donations for the Killeen food care center.
