Juan Carter who is the owner and chef of the famous food truck that fed crowds of soldiers/customers on post, in Temple and in Killeen says he was approached by the city of Copperas Cove to revitalize the area.

Carter, originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana says tons of customers encouraged him to get his own restaurant, making the opportunity to have a location in Copperas Cove ideal.
