All Students In Waco ISD Are Eligible For Free Breakfast and Lunch

Waco ISD is still set to distribute free breakfast and lunch.

Despite this school year's circumstances, Waco ISD ensures that all students are provided with two meals a day, whether they are enrolled for in school classes or virtually.

Families with students who are learning remotely may pick up meals twice a week from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. On Tuesdays; pickup students will receive two breakfasts and two lunches; on Thursdays, pickup students will receive three breakfasts and three lunches.

This will be a uniquely challenging school year for students, families, and staff, and school district nutrition departments will play a key role in feeding students whether they've returned to campus or are learning virtually.
