Happy International Women's Day!

March 8th is reserved to celebrate women everywhere. It is the day we celebrate women's social, political, economic, and cultural achievements globally.

We're inspired by women every day. In the last few decades, women have shown up and showed out in every industry imaginable. We've set the standards on many playing fields and raised the bar to greatness.

From raising children to running the board rooms, women have sprinkled their magic dust of success, so it's only right we celebrate.

Today I'm taking over the Trey Show, and we're going hard with celebrating women but especially women in the CTX.

By the way, the theme of this year's International Women's Day is #ChooseToChallenge, which is all about calling out biases, stereotypes, and inequality while bringing more visibility to women's' accomplishments.

You're encouraged to take raise your hand for a selfie or inspirational video to show solidarity with the women of the world and post it with #ChooseToChallenge. Women, children, and men are all invited to participate and show their support.

"A challenged world is an alert world," the International Women's Day website reads. "And from challenge comes change."

We've seen those changes in our lifetime, but there's so much more work to be done. Today, we celebrate the challenges that have been overcome and bring awareness to those still being tackled.
