Bruceville-Eddy Man Arrested in Child Sex Solicitation Sting

A 29-year-old Bruceville-Eddy man is in serious trouble after reportedly trying to meet a 15-year-old girl for sex, and bringing along marijuana.

KWTX reports that Isaac C. Quinteros was in the McLennan County Jail Monday in lieu of $51,000 bond, charged with online solicitation of a minor and possession of marijuana.

Police say Quinteros sent a friend request to a bait social media profile on December 11 and started inappropriate communication with someone he believed to be a 15-year-old girl.

Police were reportedly in the process of obtaining an arrest warrant when Quienteros requested a meeting with the girl at a convenience store and take her to a motel in Bellmead. Quienteros then rode to the Stripes store on Sun Valley Boulevard in Hewitt, weed in tow, to meet the girl. Instead, he was arrested by plain-clothed officers.
