If you've driven on I-35 the last couple weeks, there's a good chance you've seen a family or two pulled over on the side of the road taking pictures in a bluebonnet field.

Maybe they were even wearing matching outfits.

How original.

Don't get me wrong. Bluebonnets are great and so Texan that you can't go wrong with a little photo session. But maybe you want your Christmas card to stand out a bit. Try visiting Poston Gardens in Waxahachie, Texas - a brand new tulip farm that's home to over one million colorful bulbs.

Open daily, this beautiful farm also allows visitors to take home tulips for a small fee. What's great is that a portion of the profits benefit the living conditions for adults with intellectual disabilities.

Just like the bluebonnets you have a short window. Poston Gardens will only be open a few more weeks. Visit their website for more information, including details on this Saturday's "Tulipalooza" - a food and wine showcase with music from Shinyribs located at Getzendaner Memorial Park.
