According to TheRichest.com, Texas is one of 33 states that allow women to go topless.

Yeahhhh, I said it TOPLESS!

Hold up, don't go thinking you can run around Walmart and Club Tabu without a shirt there are indeed levels to this! Even though a top free law is in effect you can still get arrested for "disorderly conduct," but if you know the law you can fight it!

To avoid the arrest just visit Austin where it's 100% okay to be free.
