Eazy’s Favorite Hip-Hop Songs of 2020 So Far

XXL recently released an article listing its top 20 Hip-Hop songs from this year, so far. As expected, they featured songs that burn up the airwaves like Drake’s “Toosie Slide” and Megan Thee Stallion’s “Savage”, so I decided to curate my own list of the top 5 songs for fun. We are halfway through the year, so that means in the next six months we'll be looking at year-end recaps from music, movies and all forms of entertainment. So halfway seems like a pretty good place to acknowledge our favorites so far.

With the onset and spread of COVID-19, artists have had to come up with creative ways to promote and share their music with their fans These artists have the game figured out and do not seem to be letting up any time in the near future.

Soon enough we will have a few artists from Central Texas featured on this list. But until then, we’ll continue to appreciate the music that’s already out there for us.
