Massive Central Texas State Fair Returns with Action-Packed Fun for the Whole Family

Get ready to wear your stretchy pants and enjoy fun nights, fried food, and unforgettable memories because the Central Texas State Fair is making its return! I can’t speak for everybody else, but I definitely look forward to the State Fair each year. This year marks the 32nd annual Central Texas State Fair, and it will take place over Labor Day weekend, from September 3 through September 6, at the Cadence Bank Center, formerly known as the Bell County Center, located at 301 West Loop 121 in Belton. A good time will definitely be happening!

What Will Be The Hours of Operation?

It’s so much fun to head out to the Central Texas State Fair. It allows the community not only to come together but also to make memories with family while enjoying delicious deep-fried dishes. Because, really, what’s a fair without a deep-fried dessert? I’ll tell you: probably a meeting somewhere that’s not in Texas! On Thursday, the hours will be from 5 to 11 PM. Friday and Saturday will run from 5 PM to midnight, while Saturday and Sunday will be from 12 PM to midnight.

You’ll get to check out, of course, live music and stage shows. There will also be livestock, a commercial marketplace, and plenty of family rides. Twisted Metal Mayhem is making its return, and who doesn’t love watching demolition derbies? Then there’s the Professional Bull Riders and rodeo, where it’s high-stakes arena action all weekend long. If you’re not from Texas and want to get an idea of what we call quality time, this is the event you want to be at. Trust me, you don’t want to miss out!
