From lauded, chart-climbing albums to plenty of platinum plaques, Juice Wrld and Lil Baby have solidified themselves as success stories in their respective lanes since entering the game within the last two years. They’re both part of hip-hop’s new generation of heroes and celebrate with their own special cover for the Fall 2019 issue of XXL magazine.

Each artist graces the cover with beautiful portraits shot by photographer Ahmed Klink. Following their solo cover shoots, Juice Wrld and Lil Baby welcomed XXL into their worlds to discuss their journey to stardom, along with the triumphs and struggles they’ve faced to get there. Juice was interviewed by XXL's Editorial Site Director Georgette Cline and Lil Baby talked with contributing writer Kris Ex. Both stories offer an introspective look at the two young rap stars’ thriving careers.

Elsewhere in the fall issue, we’ve got Show & Prove interviews with Polo G, Lil Keed, Saweetie and NLE Choppa; Harlem representer A$AP Ferg gets personal about maintaining his individuality within A$AP Mob and coming into his own with his new Floor Seats EP, Portland Trail Blazers player Damian Lillard, a.k.a. Dame D.O.L.L.A., heads to the Bronx to visit the birthplace of hip-hop at 1520 Sedgwick Ave. and talks rap; Idk speaks on getting his big break by securing a label deal with Warner Records and dropping his new album, Is He Real?; Westside Gunn, Conway and Benny The Butcher put on for Griselda Records, Trippie Redd keeps it real in Doin’ Lines, there’s a great debate about whether or not mixtapes are dead and so much more.

The fall issue of XXL is on newsstands everywhere Oct. 1.
